Jamie just has that soothing, welcoming, calming, home voice. Just makes you melt and feel right at home. The session wasn't at all what I thought. However I am not disappointed. I will be scheduling again after I finish repeating this one for a bit. There are still things I have questions on after the session that I wish I could ask. Otherwise mostly on point. I booked a Body, Mind, Soul Energy Scan with Jamie and it was exactly what I needed. Her information and gentle guidance on what I needed to do, resonated so much and has reminded me that I need to leave space for myself in order to allow me to keep helping others. She talked about the fact that my pain in my right side, specifically in my legs is my energy telling me that I need to make some changes and listen to my body. I have been battling Plantar Faciitis and Achilles Tendonitis for months. Is created a problem in my right hip shock is very painful. All of that is in my right side. I met Jamie in Costa Rica. My friend told us about this yoga healing retreat and we just all said yes. I was blown away with Jamie’s energy and healing methods. I came home and started one of her classes remotely. Then she started offering a new energy reading. I was so busy this summer with family and travel I decided to do a healing nervous system reading.
